Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Email us at support@christepistle.com as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation.

After 24 Hours (Before Shipping): An order may still be able to be canceled if printing hasn’t begun on the item(s) up to 48 hours. If we were unable to cancel the order, but a return is still desired, you will need to ship the product back to us (you are required to pay for your shipping label).

After Shipping: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you need to return your order after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return Policy.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window: You may return or exchange orders within 30 days of delivery.

Initiating a Return: Contact us at support@christepistle.com to start the process.

Return Conditions:

•             Items must be in original packaging.

•             Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in sellable condition.

•             Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties.

•             Items must be shipped via Standard Shipping, and the tracking number must be provided via email.

•             Contact us at support@christepistle.com for the correct return shipping address before shipping the item back.

 

Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange: If an exchange is requested, once the returned item has been received and verified to meet our return policy, we will ship the requested size or style.

Refund: If a refund is requested, we will submit a refund through the original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Defective Products: We take quality seriously, and we stand behind our products. If you receive a defective product (incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way), please contact our customer service team for assistance. We're here to make things right!
