Revelations 3:17 – 21: “For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.”

Lord, without you I’m nothing.

Long gone are the days of me trying to be something in this world. I neither need a title or desire to build a name for myself. Gone are the days riches enticed me, for true joy has come in being restored by your spirit.

“Restore to me the Joy of your Salvation and uphold me with a willing spirit” – Psalms 51:12.

My passion is set towards your kingdom, my heart is filled knowing that you considered me and opened your loving arms to me. Refine me I pray, so that I am an example of your perfect work. I repent of my wicked ways ole Lord, uphold me by your spirit. Do what you will in my life oh Lord, reprove me, Lord.

“but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.” – Psalms 1:2.

Have I failed you, Lord? Please forgive me. I’m lost without you Lord, please hear my plea. My thoughts towards you never ceases, even in sin, the thought of falling short sickens me. I long for your correction. I want to be just like you Jesus!

I gird (secure and equip) myself in your word, for “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” – Psalms 119:105.

I stand by the door anticipating your arrival. I’ve prepared a dwelling place in my heart for you Lord. I’m zealous for you Lord. I’ll wait for you Lord until you answer.

Can you sit with me for just a little while Lord? Nothing else compares to hearing your voice. Your confirmation gives my life purpose. The comfort of your spirit gives me unsurmountable joy. There is nothing I can’t overcome in you. I delight in your promises. I TRUST you Jesus! For you said …

“The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.” Revelations 3:21.
